Synopsis: E53064X - 2008 Mathematical Reviews Database Fee (MRDAF) and 2008 MathSciNet Annual Subscriptions

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure, on a sole-source basis, annual subscriptions from American Mathematical Society.  The annual subscriptions will include 2008 Math Reviews Database Fee and 2008 MathSciNet.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
