DESCRIPTION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.   This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

The solicitation/synopsis reference number is DACS08Q2180 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16.  This is 100% set-aside for small business.  Contractors shall submit a unit price and a total price for the item included in this acquisition.  Line item pricing shall include shipping charges.  Pricing shall be FOB destination.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  Quotes are being solicited on a brand name or equal basis.  Specifications must be submitted if quoting on “or equal” items.
