Federal Network for Sustainability
The Federal Network for Sustainability (FNS) is a voluntary, collaborative network of Federal agencies in the Western United States focused on fostering and furthering the concept of sustainability within the government through our individual programs and group initiatives. This is NOT a federal government agency but a combination of many federal people working towards common causes.

Interagency Environmental Leadership Committee (IELC)
The IELC is a chartered group of federal agencies under the direction and approval of the Seattle Federal Executive Board. Projects are selected and carried out by members of the IELC in a cooperative manner to benefit all federal agencies and the people that they serve.

Office of the Federal Environmental Executive
Part of OFEE's mission is to share best practices and success stories among Federal agencies and with other organizations through their web site, newsletter, and training sessions. This site contains information on many federal efforts as well as training tools, and presentations on a varied of issues that are in the fore front of federal activities today.

Council on Environmental Quality
The Council on Environmental Quality coordinates federal environmental efforts and works closely with agencies and other White House offices in the development of environmental policies and initiatives as well as reporting annually to the President on the state of the environment; overseeing federal agency implementation of the environmental impact assessment process; and acting as a referee when agencies disagree over the adequacy of such assessments.
