Raven Budget - Example (Microsoft Excel, 40KB). The Raven Budget shows what a completed budget may look like. Just as each proposal is different, each budget will contain different costs, so the items shown here are samples.
Raven Budget and Workplan Templates (Microsoft Excel, 40KB). This file includes the working templates. First, there is a blank GAP budget sheet. Applicants may fill this out with the projected GAP program costs. Second, there are instructions for using the budget tool. Lastly, there is a workplan template that contains the new required elements. Look at the bottom of the workbook for the tabs that indicate each page. Remember, the IGAP budget tool is optional, but the workplan format is the one required by the 2006 GAP guidance.
