Diana Rossiter, Country Manager, South and Southeast Asia Region
Diana joined USTDA’s South and Southeast Asia (SSEA) team in November 2005 as the Country Manager for Laos, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. In her current capacity, Ms. Rossiter identifies and manages sector-specific projects that promote U.S. commercial interests in the countries she is responsible for. She manages more than $60 million in foreign assistance grant funding which is connected to approximately 200 active projects from inception to completion. She also works on policy-related projects associated with APEC, WTO, ASEAN and Free Trade agreements in the region. Prior to joining the SSEA team, she was a Project Analyst in the Middle East, North Africa region at USTDA. Past work experience includes consulting at an international private bank in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Rossiter holds a Master’s Degree in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Integration from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado, and a Bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College, Salem, Virginia.
