The Civil Rights and Finance Law Office provides legal counsel, opinions, litigation support, and services with respect to civil rights. equal employment opportunity programs and activities, the placement and administration of Agency contracts, claims by and against the Agency, the acquisition and management of real and personal property, minority and women's business enterprise programs, financial assistance awards, and appropriations law. The Office also provides such legal support to Agency organizations in Cincinnati and Research Triangle Park through staff in those locations.
