I as a blind person am neither affiliated with ACB nor NFB for many reasons. I
realize the ACB wants more audible traffic signals made available, and the NFB
opposes this...Are the signals being used not capable of being activated or not
based on the length one holds the button? Therefore the NFB should just not keep
their finger on the button so long. This would enable those elderly or otherwise
choose to feel confident in their independent travel.
