In regards to the NFB saying that blind people should have had more training
after they died because there
were no detectable warnings, well what if there wasn't good mobility training in
that area? Or what if they
didn't have access to it for some reason? I think they are wrong for saying
something like that and I think
there should continue to be detectable warnings and audible signals. Thanks.
