Hello
My name is Chris Reagan and I'm in total favor of accessible cross walks. The
reason for this is because I live where the right turn on red is a daily
occurrence hear in Bennington Vermont. People do not watch where they are going
or doing for that matter. I believe that a audible signal will work to keep
people aware that there are blind individuals that use these intersections. I
urge you to consider this, there will be a less likely event that a blind
individual will be injured by a car turning on red if these signals are imposed.
Also, I believe that it will be an educational experience for those who are
sighted to learn how we use these audible crossing signs.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely
Chris Reagan
