The National Federation of the Blind, contrary to their own belief, does not speak for all of us. As for me personally, I'll take all the help I can get when traveling on a busy street or crossing a busy intersection. As far as locater tones on light poles go, that is a bit extreme. Once you learn where the button is, it won't move and I think most people can find it easily again. You can complain that the roses have thorns, or you can rejoice that the thorns have roses.
