Hi, My name is Gayle Gruber-Bengtson. I haven't read the accompanying attachment with the email I received, but, I would like to comment. When I was learning cane travel, there were no such things as "beeping", "chirping", "coocooing" traffic lights so I was taught to use the traffic sounds to determine when to cross the street. I feel that the "beeping", "chirping", "coocooing" traffic signals would be a hindrance more than a help to me. Also, it would save quite a bit of money if things like this weren't as a means to "help the blind". Thank you.
