Dear Access Board:
I am just writing to tell you my opinion about the audible signals for deaf and
blind people.
My thought is that they should be installed so that we always don't need to
depend on the sighted people to
tell us when to cross. Why it isn't safe for blind people to cross the streets
safely is because they can't see the light or hear the traffic as well
especially when it is raining outside or when there is loud noise like
construction going on.
Please make rules to help us be safe while crossing intersection streets.
Sincerely,
Michelle Denzer
