E-Docket

The E-Docket is a listing of all final Board decisions* issued electronically each day under a pilot program. Parties who voluntarily register for electronic service (E-Service) will receive, immediately upon posting of the E-Docket, an email constituting formal service of the Board's decision with an electronic link to the decision. Links to the full text of final Board decisions will be posted on the E-Docket at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time the first business day following issuance.

* Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and non-final Board decisions are not part of the pilot program at present and will continue to be issued and served by traditional means. Electronic Issuance of ALJ decisions will be added to the pilot in October.
