The Wyoming State Bar is the proud publisher of Professor John M. Burman's book, Professional Responsibility in Wyoming.
Burman is the Carl M. Williams Professor of Law & Ethics and teaches professional responsibility at the University of Wyoming College of Law. Burman also authors a regular column in the Wyoming State Bar’s bi-monthly magazine, the Wyoming Lawyer, titled “Ethically Speaking.”
Wyoming attorneys are governed by the Wyoming Rules of Professional Conduct. Oftentimes there are gray areas in the rules, and Burman hopes his book will serve as a valuable resource to answer some of the ethical questions that arise in an attorney’s practice.
