Current Projects and Research

My research is currently directed toward understanding the effects of management practices on soil physical and hydrologic properties and the effect of these soil properties on crop production. I am very interested in understanding the interaction of climate and management on soil carbon storage, an issue of recent concern because of rising carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere.
