EPA proposes to approve a revision to Ohio's NPDES program.  The state has asked EPA to allow the Ohio Department of Agriculture to administer the part of the NPDES program that deals with concentrated animal feeding operations.  Ohio EPA would continue to administer the program for all point sources other than Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) and storm water associated with construction activity at animal feeding operations.  The public has until December 16 to comment on the proposal.
