I am a blind businessman who has traveled independently for
36years. I do not want buzzing or beeping traffic signals at every corner. it is
beyond my imagination the confusion that locator tones would cause. There are
some places where push button signals would helpful. Blind people should have a
choice in such matters. I think tax payers like me will revolt at such an
expense. Thank you for using common sense in this matter.
