I support the PROWAC Report, audio and tactile warnings for the blind.  These warnings will prevent blind people from falling off train platform and crossing against the light and getting unnecessarily killed.  Training and taking ones times does help to degree. But, it takes just one misstep or a moment of not paying attention to what one is doing to get in problem.
