I would like to let the ACCESS Board know that I fully support the recommendations of the PROWAC report.

These recommendations would allow blind people to travel with much more independence than they currently enjoy.

If the ACCESS Board overturns the recommendations based on the minority opinion then the will of the people has been denied.
