To Whom It May Concern:

I am very concerned about the traffic situation here in the United States and strongly support the recommendations of PROWAC. I think we blind people need as much help crossing streets as we can get. I was once hit by a car because someone did not stop at the light even though the light was in my favor. I think we need all the help we can get to be able to cross streets safely.
