I’m visually impaired and do not use a cane but I travel all over my city of Baltimore because I know how to do it and I don’t have accidents. I don’t want you to pass any laws about putting in more beeping street lights. If I want one I’ll go to the city and ask for it. If the intersection is bad for me, then it is bad for sighted folks. When we talk about what you are trying to do, we all agreed only a few road crossings need a talking light and you should not try to tell cities all of them have to buy them.
