Hello there my name is Jarrod Jicha. I live in Greenville Nc, [ ... ]. I just wanted to take a minute to say that I strongly support the recommendations of the PROWAC report.

I have lived in a few different citys threw out my life, and have never lived where audable walk signs are until now, and even here I think there is only one audable signle here in Greenville. I have heard one of them, and thought it was really cool to have an audable signal for walk signs. I know that when i lived in Toledo, Ohio, that would have been really helpfull on some of there crossings. One time, on a five-way street crossing, (lighted) it would have been helpfull to have something to help me to know when it was safe to cross the road. had a sighted person not been there, I probibly would have been hit bye a car, cause I thought it was safe to go, and they stopped me from crossing, had me grab their arm, and helped me cross the street.
