To whom it may concern;

Regarding audible signals, I feel that they are not necessary at all intersections. They add to the distraction confusing intersections. The tweeting sound is easily confused with real birds. These devices are degrading and humiliating. Do not presume you know what will help us, you should have talked to many blind people before taking any action.

Regarding those tactile marks, to me they are more dangerous than useful. They cause me to trip, They are slippery when wet or icy.
