I am writing in opposition to the current draft concerning audible signals. I am totally blind and have been since birth. I use the long white can to get about this country and some countries overseas.

First of all the cost will be ridiculous to the tax payer, and they are simply not needed on most intersections. I believe they might be of some help at corners where the traffic pattern can not be easily recognized. I have not found these to be ver many.

By the way, I have never been hit by a move vehicle.

Again! Please place my name against audible signals.

Sincerely

Philip Oliver
