To whom it may concern,

I am writhing to say something about ATS. I have experience with them in the past. They are not good. They make it harder to use the traffic to see and here the traffic. They are unsafe in my own opinion and experience. It makes it harder to cross street.

Plus I have an opinion about the truncated domes. I never had any experience with those things. But my under standing they are dangerous. The can fill with water. In the winter they will freeze. And will get filled with trash. That will be real dangerous.

The money can spend in better way then the cost in fixing those things. That is not as important. If you have some travelling skills you don’t AT and truncated domes.
