This correspondence is to advise you that I am in support of the guidelines for accessible signals, intersections and public buildings.

As a traveling person who is blind, I can attest to the need for auditory signals, information about unusual intersections and the need for detectible warnings where there is no definable pathway for street crossings.

Please adopt the recommendations in the PROWAC report.
