To whom it may concern,

I am a ssuccessful cane traveler in the Los Angeles area. I have traveled well in my recent years as a blind person because of one reason and one reason only; that is through my training with the National Federation of the Blind. Please do not put this law in place for it will do more damage than good for me as a traveler in the Metro areas.
