Hi access board,

I am NOT! in favor of the audible traffic signals being made law.

I am totally blind and can travel vbery well without all that extra noise
and expense to tax payer.

I am in favor of a law that will let the disabled blind and hearing
impaired have audible traffic signals mandatory, but let the majority of
disabled persons have the right to determine where they should be put if
all at and not the federal or state government telling us that they must be
put in at every automatic signal light intersection.

We are very capable of knowing when to cross the street in almost every
situation, but when there is an intersection that five or more streets meet
and traffic is very heavy, then it might be useful, but let us determine that!

Please don't pass this bill to make mandatory audible traffic signals
required for every intersection that has lights.

Thank you for your time and please consider our wishes!
