To whom it may concern.

I am emailing to voice my support of the PROWAC report and to let you know that blind people need detectable warnings at places where vehicular traffic is likely to be found. They also need accessible traffic signals.
My family and I raised 4 Guide Dog puppies and have met and become friends with several blind people . The thing that strikes us about them is that they really desire to be independent and lead normal, productive lives. We need to do everything we can to accommodate them in their efforts.
