Editor's Comment
I am very pleased to advise that Heather Lea Moulaison, has accepted our offer to become the new Editor for the Research and Applications Section (peer reviewed) commencing with the March 2009 issue. Heather has an MA in French and an MSLIS from University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, USA, has worked as a practitioner in the profession, has journal publications, given presentations, and is undertaking a PhD. She is moving from a teaching position in the US to something similar in Morocco.

I am also delighted to welcome two colleagues to the Associate Editorial team: Professor Ann Curry of the University of Alberta. Ann's research interests are: censorship and intellectual freedom, public library management and collections including analysis of internet use, library history, and library architecture and planning.

Dr Brendan Luyt from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Brendan's research interests are in the areas of: Information policy, reference services, information literacy, and scholarly publishing.
