We facilitate contact with the entity in Malaysia from which the collection is sought, after which all communication is directly between the U.S. debt collection agency and the Malaysian entity. Any subsequent facilitation from our office on behalf of the U.S. debt collection agency, whether on existing or new debtors, is charged the same fee.
