Through its WorkPlace 20|20 program, GSA World Class Workplace has developed a series of consulting tools that rapidly engages a client organization to gain an understanding of its strategic objectives, including its vision, values, and goals. These tools include

• Web-based survey that allows all employees to offer feedback on their workplace’s performance, image and environmental quality.
• Town hall meetings, interviews and focus groups
• Systematic methods of observing work patterns and space use

Together, the output of these tools is organized into GSA’s "Rapid Engagement" process, which uses an understanding of the organizational context and business goals as the basis for design.
