The purpose of this project is to develop a handbook that will serve as a technical reference that provides guidance and recommended practices for testing and acceptance plans and procedures for transportation management systems. This document is intended to be a comprehensive technical document that provides guidance on how to integrate the consideration, techniques, and recommended practices associated with testing and acceptance plans and procedures throughout the life-cycle of a TMC.
