Clients can count on Regional Account Managers (RAMs) to service their unique needs. GSA takes a proactive approach to analyzing our customers portfolio of work with PBS, and works with clients to develop comprehensive strategies for excellent customer service delivery across GSA regions. RAMs work to develop long term relationships with senior-level customer contacts to improve organizational communication and understanding. RAMs are in tune with in the long term goals and mission critical drivers of their customers, and act as ombudsmen between GSA and our customers in the fulfillment of their workplace needs. Each customer team in the Region is led by a Branch Chief supported by a group of experienced Realty Specialists and one or more RAM.
