For U.S. Citizen Interns:

1. Up-to-date resume/CV
2. Statement of interest
3. Completed and signed OF 612
4. Up-to-date transcripts
5. Completed and signed Volunteer Service Agreement
6. Completed and signed Credit Report Release Statement
7. Copy of U.S. passport
8. Completed and signed Security Clearance Form SF-85
9. Proof of Spanish proficiency (language test score, transcripts, etc.

For Mexican Interns:

1. Up-to-date resume/CV
2. Statement of interest
3. Application for Foreign National Student Intern Program
4. Up-to-date transcripts
5. Completed and signed Volunteer Service Agreement
6. Convenio/written permission from school authorizing the applicant’s participation
7. Completed and signed Security Clearance Form DSP-33
8. Proof of English proficiency (language test score, transcripts, etc.)
