Recordkeeping, Notification and Posting Requirements Under FLSA Section 14(c)

The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) sets minimum wage, overtime, recordkeeping and child labor standards for employment subject to its provisions. The FLSA also requires that all covered employers develop and maintain certain employment-related records, post certain documents at the workplace and notify certain employees of certain terms of employment.
