Primary Fine Particle Control Technologies

Title: Cost and Performance Models for Primary Fine Particle Control Technologies: A Critical Review

Description:

Based upon the risks associated with fine particle emissions, primary fine particle control technology was selected to be the subject of a critical review. The objective was to evaluate selected particulate matter (PM) cost and performance models, critically analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and recommend a program to focus future research toward making these models more useful with respect to costs, cost-effectiveness, and in developing the optimum risk reduction strategies.
