Preselección Empresarial was founded in El Salvador in 1990 as an alternative in the management of selection and evaluation of human resources.

Our purpose is to minimize the cost that such activities imply for your company, offering confidentiality, transparency and impartiality in the evaluation process, and the gathering of the results as soon as possible, because we have the technology and the specific resources.

Our goal is to find the most qualified person for the position, taking into account the candidate's education, work experience and the results of psychological tests, in skills and intelligence, and personality that allow us to know the candidate's personal profile and capacity.
