o Impact of REACH - Your first call on REACHWise may be for assistance with your in-house analysis of the scope and impact of the regulation for your portfolio. Understanding your exact position in the supply chain may be daunting to you, but through our services we will be able to assist you. For non-EU manufacturers and exporters to the EU this is most likely to be related to – but not limited to – the services of Only Representative. In fact it could also be for consortia and SIEFs.

o Only Representative - For non-EU manufacturers we offer this service through our separate company / associates for this specific purpose in line with the legal requirements. When choosing this option, you make it easier for your importers and you remain in control. Not something you want to give out of your hands easily.

o (Pre-) Registration - We help companies manage pre-registration which is still available after 1 Dec 2008 if you know the conditions. Thereafter, preparing the Technical Dossier and the Chemical Safety Report can be time consuming and so you may need the extra scientific support or additional technical resources that we offer; this includes human health and environmental aspects. If substances meet certain criteria, exposure assessments and scenarios will need to be prepared.

o Consortia and SIEFs - Your company may need to buy, exchange or sell data. It may also participate in consortia. We can assist in preparing for data sharing, setting up consortia and in completing joint registration. Our services to manage consortia is based on existing expertise. Through our expertise, we can act as facilitators or act as a third party for handing confidential business information and/or as a Trustee for the entire consortium. We will help you and your sector from start to finish.

o Supply chain management - We provide advice on supply chain communication, assist with the compilation of substance use information and help with vulnerability assessments. REACHWise therefore assists with identifying, tracking and managing substances in a range of products.

o Authorisation - At whatever stage, we can help with your application including the important downstream use.

o Training and workshops – We provide in-house training and workshops so that companies are confident in their work with the implementation for REACH.
