I REJECT THIS PLAN PROPOSAL FOR PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS AND DETECTABLE WARNINGS. The committee who will be funding this plan should re-consider addressing other issues and organizations first especially those for the Blind and Visionally hanicapped.
