I am writing this letter of comment to tell you I that I am totally blind. And yes as a person with a disability I am very unhappy and strongly oppose this new plan proposal for audible pedestrian signals and detectable warnings.

And since this brochure feels to draw out a visual impaired person I am here to tell you that you should save the budget on the audible pedestrian signals and detectable warnings and take this money to support the teaching, training and overall education for blind & visually handicapp. And believe me that's just to name one cause.
