I am writing to express my strong support for the PROWAC report! In addition to being on staff at a guide dog school, I am a guide dog user who travels a lot. The recommendations presented in the PROWAC report are essential to insuring blind and visually impaired pedestrians equal access to our streets, thus our communities and all they have to offer.
