I am a visually impaired person in which the Public right-of-way's new plan
proposal purpose is too help people like I, with such a disability. In your
proposal its states that it will include audible pedestrian signals and
detectable warnings.
Well I am writing this letter of comment to you to tell you that I do not
support this Public right of way plan. I strongly urge the committe who will be
funding this plan to take a look at the other issues, organizations and funds
that should be addressed before such a highly cost plan, (as the public right of
way) be passed.
