Do not approve the regulations on audible and tactile warnings at traffic lights. They are not needed and are too costly.

I have been hit twice by cars and in neither case would audible signals have made a difference. Indeed the added noise could distract travelers and cause more injuries as well.

Vehicular traffic do not always stop for red lights and these signals could hinder safe passage for pedestrians whether blind or not.

Reject these poorly written regulations.
