Hello. My name is Troy Sullivan. I want to add my support that we need blind pedestrian signals and that we need to limit the danger of blind pedestrians. I received this message from ACB info@acb.org I think that the signals will do us blind people some good because we can travel the streets just like a sited person. Without this we are stuck at home and have to rely on other people witch we may have to pay for transportation such as gas money, or just a regular fee for the service. So let's have blind friendly signals in every part of the world!
