To Whom It may concern,
I am in total favor of pedestrian safety for the blind. I am totally blind and
use a guide dog for mobility. There are many intersections in my home area, of
which I would be unable to cross safely without audible signals and detectable
warnings. Please consider voting yes to audible signals and detectable warnings
for the federal guidelines.
