Dear Access Board,

I am blind and feel that audible traffic signals should only be used where it is difficult to use the flow of traffic as a cue to cross the street as learned in mobility training. I am oppose to the universal installation of audible signals at every walk/don't walk intersection.

Where they could be used, a system that is not confusing or loud should be used.

Sincerely,

Wendy Laflin
