My name is Tim Dalton I live in NJ and I am legally blind I have some sight.
Audible traffic signals are excellent . Because I have to cross route 206
which is a busy highway but the problem comes when there is no traffic. With
no traffic it is hard to know when it is safe to cross if you can not see the
light thank you.
