Description Of Services
SIOUX CITY: Grants under YouthBuild will fund projects aimed at providing education in construction, as well as leadership training, to at-risk youth. These youth will then take part in building affordable housing structures right in their own communities. Eligible participants include youth who have been involved in the juvenile justice system, who are transitioning out of foster care, who have dropped out of high school, as well as others.
