AIKEN CO, SC: The Aiken project is designed to help individuals in crisis and transition stay connected with a consistent telephone number. The Aiken project launched Community Voice Mail (CVM) so that individuals will have a telephone. Using CVM they are able to distribute free, personalized voice mail to connect phoneless individuals to jobs, housing and stability. Available in Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, and Orangeburg Counties.
